2014 മുതൽ NCVT MIS പ്രകാരം അഡ്മിഷൻ നേടിയ ട്രെയിനികളുടെ ഐ.ടി.ഐ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളിൽ പ്രൊഫൈൽ സംബന്ധമായ തിരുത്തലുകൾ വരുത്തുന്നതിന് ഗ്രിവൻസ് പോർട്ടൽ സംവിധാനം പുനഃസ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. തിരുത്തലുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഉടൻതന്നെ DGT വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ https://dgt.gov.in/servicedesk/users/index.php എന്ന ലിങ്കിൽ ഗ്രിവൻസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
ITI Grievance Portal
Since 2014, the Grievance Portal system has been restored to make profile corrections in the ITI certificates of trainees admitted under the NCVT MIS. Those who need corrections should immediately register their grievances on the DGT website at https://dgt.gov.in/servicedesk/users/index.php.
